This is a simple Sabji and you can do a prep by chopping or grating the cabbage earlier itaelf(say like the night before.. So you are ready to make it in the morning)
Cabbage 1 large(chopped fine or grated)
Onion 1chopped
Tomato grated 3
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilly powder 2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Sambar masala 1 to 2tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Salt to taste
(mix the powders and salt in 1/4cup water)
Coconut oil
Heat coconut oil and splutter the jeera.
Add the onions and ginger garlic paste.
Saute till golden broqn
Add the grated tomato and cook.
Add the masala paste and saute well.
Cook till oil clears.
Add the grated or chopped cabbage and mix well.
Cover and cook on medium high for the first 5mins..stir every minute.
Open and cook on low to medium flame till the cabbage is cooked to your liking.
Increase or decrease chilly according to your taste.
