Idli fried and tossed in schezwan sauce

Idli fry is a hot seller at my place,so whenever there is left over idli...I never fret.

My kids love these crunchy snacks.
It is the most simple..just slice the idlis and deep fry them.

Today i surprised my babies with a quick n tasty dish.
I fried the idlis .Then,I made a sauce with fried onions,garlic,chilly and Chings schezwan masala[just used a tbsp of it] ..water and allowed it to come to a near boil and tossed the idli fries into it...took off the heat and coated the pieces well with the sauce...sprinkled chopped dhania...yummmy!!!
