Nariyal Barfi

Nariyal Barfi[recipe from Sanjeev Kapoor ]

2 cups of Grated Coconut[fresh]
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Fresh Cream

Cardamom seeds crushed[to your taste]
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Heat a non stick pan and toss in the grated coconut,sugar and cream.

After a while you can add the cardamom seed powder.
On medium heat cook the mix for 15 mins or till the mix turns a golden brown.[the recipe asks for 15 mins..but i needed a 5 extra mins to get the golden colour] 
Once done,take off the heat and add the powdered sugar,it helps the barfi stay moist.
Put the mixture in to a greased thali and pat with a greased ladle or spatula.
Wait for it to cool and cut into desired shapes.
