Baked Bassa with vegetables

Fish has been a family favorite for some time now.
My brother in law loves Bassa fish.I had never tasted Bassa,so the trial began.

The Bassa fish is a very soft and meaty fish. To my surprise, the fishy stink was absent. Now isnt that a treat?Fish minus the stink?
I wantd to try a healthy recipe for this fish.

What we need-
Bassa fish fillets 1kg
 Dark soya sauce -1 tsp
Chilli sauce-1 to 2 tsp
Italian seasoning-sprinkle enough over the marinade[as per your taste]
 Chilli flakes -1/2 tsp
 Corn flour-1 tsp
1 tsp of water.

Vegetables

Broccoli,
Carrots,
Potato,
Red cabbage,
Baby corn
Red andYellow peppers

Pre heat the oven at 200 deg
Marinate the bassa fillets in a mix of the dark soya sauce, chilli sauce, italian seasoning ,chilli flakes and corn flour with a tsp of water.Mix some more of the same seasonings in a separate bowl and toss the cut vegetables in it,till they are well coated.
Place the fish in a long piece of foil and fill it up with the vegetables over it.
Wrap it neatly,so that the juices remain within the packet.
Bake for 15 to 20 mins.
Serve with Garlic bread or toast and drink...divine!!!!!!!!
