Easy Breakfast Muffins[for the ones on the run]

What do you do when you have a teenager and a 3rd grader at home,whose favorite q is.."mom whats there to eat??" or rather whats new to eat!!

well Mommy brains grow every second..they'd probably fall off mommy heads,if we dint make use of them.. lol

It happened one such evening,when i decided to make something different..isnt that a trial of all days?.

Made sum  muffins,savory ones with left over kabab,bread,eggs and some left over soup mix...the result...

the end product was surprisingly delicious

4 Eggs
8 slices of bread
left over meat or vegetables
seasonings as per your choice and availability-i used 2 tbsp of left over soup mix,
cumin powder,
red chilli powder/flakes
salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 180 .Beat the eggs and add all the ingredients except bread.now shove each bread slice into 1 muffin mould each..do it the way u like it...will turn out like a muffin anyways. :) ...you should grease the moulds earlier, spoon the egg and meat mixture over the battered bread ;)..Bake for 10 to 15 mins.allow to cool before you pop it out of the moulds.Serve with sauce or mayo.
It will definitely be a hit ,can be served as dinner with soup and salads..is a meal by itself.
