Shakarkandi fries [baked] [Sweet potato fries]

I love sweet potato and only like to have them with some chatpata spicy coat.Made them today ..they smell divine and taste yumm...a medley of spicy, sweet and salty..
Have them crunchy or "soft melting in the mouth"...choice is yours.I love it soft

The rains always remind me of the  spicy sweet combination..wonder why...but they tingle on my tounge and bring flavors of the season..makes me extra happy and content.Warm treats like these are best accompanied with giggling company and pots of hot adark chai...blissssssss...

Shakarkandi [sweet potato]cut into fries[match stick or otherwise  -2 cups

ground pepper-1/2 tsp

salt
oil for rubbing over the fries

Pre heat oven to 200 deg.Rub 2 to 3 tsp of oil over the cut sweet potato .Sprinkle the spice mix over it and rub in with your fingers.Bake for 15 mins..comes soft and yumm..if you want it crispier, continue for another 5 to 10 mins...while monitoring it...
