Easy Sausage Rolls


We need

 Bread slices- 8

Sausages -1packet

Onions chopped-1

Chilly chopped 1[optional]

Chilly powder-1/2 tsp

Chaat masala -1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves chopped-2to3 tsps

Salt to taste

Water for dipping the bread slices

Oil for frying

Method.

 


  1. Mix the chopped onions ,coriander leaves,chaat masala,chilly powder and salt. Keep aside.

  2. Prepare sausages by boiling them in water for 1 min  

  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai..

  4. Take water in a bowl.

  5. Dip one slice of bread at a time and pat with both your palms together to squeeze out excess water


6.Put some of the onion masala mix on the bread and place one or 2 sausages on the bed of the masala.















 







7.Fold the bread over the sausages and form a roll.Make sure all the edges are covered.It is easy to work with your hands ,as the bread is soft.
















8.Deep fry the rolls on a medium flame.

[Make sure the roll is golden brown from all sides.]

9.Drain on tissue paper.

10.Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
