Kaaya Upperi

Raw banana-4[peeled n diced]
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt to taste 
water enough to cook the bananas
coconut oil -2 tsp

method
mix up the bananas ,salt,turmeric and water in a kadhai and cook till the bananas are coked and mushy.[i like to mash a few pieces to make it gooey]...take off heat and pour the coconut oil over the cooked bananas and mix well..serve with rice and curd.:)
