Moms recipe for capsicum bhaji

So simple hearty dishes ruled the dining table. No frills.
This is one amongst those simple dishes...
Recipe
Capsicum thinly sliced 4
Make a paste of -
1 medium onion,
A tsp of ginger garlic paste and some salt.
Tomatoes ground 2small
Chilly powder 1/2 to 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp(optional)
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Beaten curd 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Method
Heat oil and add the jeera.
Adds the onion and ginger garlic paste.
Saute till golden brown
Add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Add ground tomato and saute on high flame..for 2 to 3 mins.
Add beaten curd and saute till the mixture leaves oil.
Add the sliced capsicum and mix well.
Check for seasonings.
Cover and cook on medium to high flame for two to three mins.
Stir and check the capsicum... It should not be mushy... Should be crisp and yummy...
Don't allow it to over cook.
Take off heat and serve hot with phulkas or parathas.
