I had made some yummy sweet and spicy chilly jam, when the red pulpy chillies were in season....
It matches amazingly well with meats and cheeses..
Exam Khaana demands are met with v. Soon... And my bratZ know it well... So the demand for last night was....
Chilly jam doused spicy and sticky chicken
Sounds maha tough!! Very simple.. Like moi 😁
Marinate chicken with a paste of ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chilly powder, salt ,one egg and flour..mix well.
Fry till done.
In the mean time make a sticky sauce ...chilly jam 1/4 bottle, vinegar a few tsps, water to loosen up the jam, chilly powder a tsp, soya sauce 1/2tsp, chilly sauce 1 to 2 tsp and salt... Mix and boil till thick.
Coat the fried chicken with this sticky sauce... Serve hot
